Personal videos work best when everyone is in on it. Use photos, words and stories you have permission to share.

Choose a clear adult photo

• Solo templates need one adult. Duo templates need two separate photos, one for each adult. Use good lighting and keep every face visible and unobstructed.
• Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image smaller than 10 MB.
• Every person must be at least 18 and must agree to appear in an AI-generated video.
• No celebrities, political figures, minors, nudity or explicit images.

Keep the verse your own

Use an original idea or short lyrics you own. Don’t request a real artist’s voice, copy an existing song, or use the video to deceive, harass, threaten or humiliate someone.

Disclose AI generation when sharing

FaceRap videos are AI-generated. Paid downloads are watermark-free, with no burned-in website or AI label. When sharing, identify the video as AI-generated and use the platform’s AI disclosure tools where available.

Acceptable use: prohibited content

These rules apply to uploaded photos, prompts, lyrics, audio, generated videos and content shared through FaceRap. Do not upload, request, generate or distribute:

• Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or other NSFW content.
• Content involving minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, exploitation or other content that endangers children. FaceRap is for adults only.
• Violent or gory content, including graphic injury, bloodshed, torture, cruelty, or content that promotes or incites violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Hate speech, hateful imagery, discrimination or incitement against people based on race, ethnicity, sex, gender, gender identity, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): real or AI-generated intimate or sexual images, audio or videos created or shared without the depicted person’s explicit consent. This includes sexual deepfakes, simulated nudity, “undressing” images, revenge pornography, sexual extortion and threats to share intimate content. Consent does not make otherwise prohibited sexual content acceptable.
• Unauthorized deepfakes, celebrity or political impersonations, requests for a real artist’s voice, fraud, deception, harassment, threats or humiliation. Do not present an AI-generated performance as a real recording of someone.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or likeness rights, including copies of existing songs or photos and lyrics you do not have permission to use.

Review and enforcement

Automated photo review must pass before video generation is available. Do not bypass safety checks. We also review content reported to our support email. Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may reject a request, issue a warning, require changes, remove content or disable access to it, restrict generation, suspend an account during review, or permanently ban an account for serious or repeated violations. We may preserve relevant evidence and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

Report content and response times

Report violations to support@facerap.app. Include the content or job URL or ID, a description of the issue and your contact details. For NCII or child-safety reports, provide a link or ID rather than attaching intimate or illegal material. We use report information to investigate and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We acknowledge reports within 24 hours of receipt. Urgent reports involving child safety, NCII or credible threats of violence receive priority review and protective action, such as temporarily disabling access to reported content, within 24 hours. For other reports, we review and communicate a decision within 3 business days. Confirmed violations are removed or restricted within 24 hours of the decision. If an investigation needs more time, we notify the reporter within the applicable deadline, explain why and provide an updated completion date; urgent protective restrictions remain in place during review. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China.

Affected users may appeal by emailing support@facerap.app within 14 days of an enforcement notice. Include the account or job ID and the reason for the appeal. We review the appeal and communicate the outcome within 7 business days, or explain any delay and give an updated completion date within that period.

Before you upload

You’ll need to log in and confirm permission. Selecting a photo for a draft keeps it on your device until an upload is requested. Automated photo review must pass before video generation is available.
